@timchubb – not in the least bit envious of your roadie exploits! My brother-in-law used to live in Berlin and we turned up one Thursday night for a surprise long weekend visit. By the following night we were playing a 40-minute gig in a seedy basement nightclub and we ended our set with Goldfinger’s version of 99 Red Balloons. Apparently that song is *the* “Berlin Anthem”. Went down a storm – best gig I’ve played (and it was only to about a hundred sweaty drugged-up punks!)
