Those Front Rank 40mm look nice.
They are nice – I reckon they’d be very good for folks playing something skirmish based or at an event size.
Yea, definitely, I play Sharp Practice and they would be perfect for that.

I’m very much looking forward to hearing from the Warcradle chaps on Monday and seeing what’s planned for 2021. Stuart has been sharing some cracking line drawings on the Face Book community. I’m not going to give away any spoilers that they might want to share on Monday but what I’ve seen have been worth the wait. It’s going to be great to see and hear what else is planned. Will be there Monday for the full menu pseudo science or not it’ll be a grand day. Front Rank are very nice indeed, great choice with a cracking range. Warlord have teased and are due to release the Cav, both dismounted and mounted, in the next batch of releases along with Zouaves for the Epic battle range. The buildings they have brought out to support the game are lovely. Hope you all enjoy your weekend the best you can stay safe and see you all Sunday ?
It should be fun on Monday to suspend normal duties and dive in and have a chat with folks in the community 🙂

Those Norse would be my pick for Conquest.: First Blood starter.
As an avid Underworlds player/painter/collector I can’t wait for this season’s releases.
Mantic Games have outdone themselves with Armada.
You need to stop showing epic Blackpowder. My resolve weals every time you show it!
I think Warhammer Underworlds is a bit of a sleeper win for Games Workshop for sure. I don’t think people really take that much of a look at it but it seems like a great way to dive in and get a taste of AoS.
Pretty much all of the warbands are great miniatures too. Very tempting to get them all, but even if you have more self-control, whichever faction(s) you’re interested in has great models (if they have a warband produced for them, anyway).
As for Conquest, all of the ranges have some nice miniatures (though I’m still not a fan of the scale). I think the Spires are the most interesting though.

Given I’m almost finished painting my OTT prize of the 2 player starter set it seems only right I get a prize of a First Blood – Hundred Kingdoms Faction Starter to paint straight afterwards. It makes perfect sense to me.
Now the weekend is started! I’m loving the Frontrank minis and the 15mm scale ACW is so tempting. Conquest looks great hopefully it’ll gain some popularity in my area. Another great show. It’d be between the Dweghom and Nord for me.
Oh. That Nord starters look good for Conquest.
I feel strangely compelled to paint… mice.

The Armada ships for dwarf look like steam trains to me… not a bad thing though as steam trains look cool.
First Blood… Great movie… but to the question about conquest… Nord is my choice.
Another Great Weekender Guys and the Dweghom set looks epic
Those front rank minis are rather pretty.
Definitely excited for anything more Conquest #PathofConquest – had my second game of First Blood (Nords vs Dweghom) and have been able to get a few games of 1500 points of Conquest on Table Top Simulator in the last few weeks. Building up the different kits has been super fun…. now to just paint ’em!!!

Front rank medieval miniatures look really great. I’m really being drawn to Dark ages and medieval periods. I guess I’ll have to pick up a game set in one of those periods 😀
As for the set to be won the Spires starter set looks amazing. Who doesn’t like gene spliced monstrosities rampaging across the battlefield 🙂
Pffft… That’s not a bong. Slaaneshi construction makes those kinds of things much more multipurpose. As far as other stuff I’d say that the tower splorch pit is definitely an architectual detail that needs to be included on other castle battlefields. On that note lets go with Hundred Kingdoms, because you can’t go wrong with mentioning crap of the castle without the kingsmen pooping out the privvy.
I am looking forward to the Death Guard codex, from what I’ve heard/read over the weekend DG players are going to have to think quite differently about the structure of their army which is not a bad thing. 🙂
I am really liking the look of the Nords, I think the look of the faction just resonates more with me.

The new Death Guard character looks nice, the terrain is a bit strange and the Starblood Stalkers are awesome.

Concerning the Death Guard, I bought a bunch during the last release, think it was a starter set, not sure. Are these imbigened (Primaris) size or not?????

I for one am curious about where Mantic intend to take Armada. Using the Black Seas ships as a default human faction is a great move for the game, but I am curious to see how far out there they go with the fantasy.
