Hobby Sheds!
Warren has had a brainwave. I know, dangerous. He is wondering if we can start building a network of Hobby Sheds that would allow us to share techniques and offer up the use of technology that others might not have access to.
Let us know if this is something you'd be interested in down in the comments below.

warren, the clubs exist already, there the local clubs. Once covid is behind us, we can start getting together again. Lending libraries and tool libraries as they are called here have been around a long long time.
Not third…
It’s the Weekend!!!
The weekend starts now.
Let’s paint some miniatures and watch the weekender. 🙂
another friday another day to watch the Greatest Movie ever made
Well strange Co-incidences, Warren talks sheds and Kevin has spent the day sorting out lots of old crap in sheds!
Bet Warrens will be way cooler!
Still Remember sitting up all night when Mal Wright accidentally opened a nest of Baby Black Widows in his Aussie shed and some bit him. Luckily babies aren’t poisonous!.
Reign looks pretty good
Yay its the weekend with the crew of OTT
Reign in hell…hmmm sounds awesome.
I’ll never play it I bet…
But its only £10.
Damn you gerry
hey hey hey! easy now… that was @brennon
Two weeks no weekender? HOW WILL I SURVIVE!?
drink, that’s what my plan is
sounds about right! Cheers.
maybe an extra Community sponsored weekender ? 😉
well, then get your webcam setup and go for *g*
I only make the suggestions …
it’s up to others to execute them
besides … I’ve got a face for radio and a voice for the newspapers 😉
Good Good Good weekender times are upon us.
Reign in Hell is pretty much a look inside my head aged 19 and I love it enough to pay Mierce prices to make a warband I may never use in anger \m/
Reign in Hell is so METAL!
It’s the Weekender!
…..thank GoD ?. It’s been a short week but it felt like it would never end.
Let’s HOBBY.
Reign in hell could be Supernatural’s Castiel an Co V Crowley’s gang.
I’d really like to see more of Uncle Atom’s demon game

SOme nice Rashaar for Carnival…
And GW are comparing the hobgrots to hobgoblins… so it’s alright to say that @brennon.
a fab show guys.
Those Norse models from Raging Heroes are pretty nice but coming off of Mythic Battles Ragnarok I’m set there. Here’s hoping they eventually cover some less known mythologies. Yoruba, Mesopotamian, and Celtic would be sweet!
celtic yes, irish definitely, also the americas have some amazing mythologies. I suppose the ones they’ve started with are an easier sell to people as everyone knows who they are.
I love the idea of a hobby shed. We have a man shed near us, just as warren described.
Great show. So now I’m going to have the Reign Hell pdf.
The Reign in Hell initiative system is virtually identical to MERCS 2.5.
@warzan if you want to destroy cats, play Exploding Kittens.
comment
Hobby sheds? No thanks. You know whats in sheds? A ton of spiders!
that’s why you let a few frogs loose to keep down the spiders, and one snake to keep the frogs in check.
Don’t forget the mongoose for the snake.
So the spiders are gone, but now I’m running a zoo?
I’ve already picked up my print copy of Reign in Hell and I’m in the process of building and painting my first cabal. Ace idea for a game, I’m trying to convince some friends to play but apparantly solo rules are coming soon!
The co-author of Reign in Hell, Vince Venturella, sounds like Ace Ventura’s cousin from New Jersey.
I think I’d love the Hobby shed idea @warzan. Unfortunately for me with work I dont think I can pull off that right now. I love teaching and sharing!
Great show guys!
how is the hunt for a nap rule set going?
i like the krule boyz, but would have preferred it if they’d just called them hobgoblins rather than orcs, they’d look great in orange
Yay! It’s the weekend!
These shows are always the highlight of my weekend. May the sky fall before they ever end.
Another great Weekender. Shame everyone will be gone for two weeks, but I guess that still gives me time to do something…anything really…with my defunct hobby challenge project.
I am trying ever so hard to stay out of “Age of Sigmar” but those models are just so beautiful. And now a friend of mine is looking at it as his miniature game of choice, so I’d have another person to play with around here if I were to get into it. Aggh…too many games and not enough time.
Looking forward to the new Bolt Action releases. Have a great weekend everyone!
About 10 years ago I ran a painting club that use to meet every week, where we would share ideas, techniques and have painting challenges. We would also have visiting painters and hobbyists who would share and teach new skills to the club members.
Happy saturday!
Love the new AoS box! Love the Guttripaz and the Vindictors! Not a fan of the warmachine overall so, will not be getting it… I’ll have to start painting again (been a tough year for painting…) and try and do more of my Nighthaunts and maybe start a few of my Stormcasts too!
Enyoys your time off guys!
Reign in Hell is at a very good price point. I picked up a copy.
Reign in hell has some unique game mechanics which can give a lot ways to play the game. The activation reminds of Confrontation but there you also could not see the order of your opponent.
Also the system looks like an excellent campaign system especially as your demons start picking up injuries and get more twisted.
Well looks like the the epson printer and elegoo printer are teaming up to bring Reign in hell to Installation Zero Two. More commonly to outsiders as my shed…
Happy weekender to all of you. Great show
Some of those Spring Cleaning posts are blimin’ awesome!
Not really into the whole daemon thing, but the mechanics of Reign in Hell sounds really good…
Have a nice break!
I played some sweet games of Deadzone this weekend with FG Ben, first time since Franticon 15 months ago.
It was great.
Also played some Undaunted:North Africa. Played the first 4 scenarios but the Brits struggled against the Italians. Anyone else finding this game a bit one-sided?
Reign in Hell is just another independent game that I want to explore. I think the only flaw with these games is that they inevitably have smaller player bases than AoS or 40K and can easily be lost in the sea of Indy games.
For those that haven’t tried the Underworlds game yet, it’s probably the best game GW produces.
Now that you’ve shown my Spring clean challenge I feel obligated to finish it. Back to the painting table!
I think the thing we really need to get a hobby sheds idea going is some sort of map. Maybe not “my house is here” because that sounds like a bit of security concern but I wonder if there are platforms out there where people can put in postcodes/zipcodes so people can work out who is nearby to them and then they can try and link up.
If we could find each other, I reckon a lot of people would be into the idea. Even if it just means hanging out and hobby-ing some times.
Reign in Hell looks pretty interesting.
Great to see all the Spring Clean projects too!
great show!!
