September 13, 2024 by avernos
It's OTTWeekender time! Mantic Games are knocking it out of the park with their excellent Heavy Metal Kings Of War miniatures for use with the Forces Of The Abyss. You've got a badass new demon miniature for you to add to your 28mm Fantasy armies and a whole host of new plastic kits for you to use when getting started with this army of evil!
Could you be tempted to dive in and start a new Kings Of War army using the Lord Of Lies as the centrepiece of your force? Do you think that Mantic Games has been doing a great job on their more recent Kings Of War miniatures?

1rst!!!! yes! at last!! happy weekender!!!
You are number one. 👍
Corn and red horns for the gods of Corn horns! Raaaaaawr! Roars
The Gardens of Hecate produces a lovely range of minis that go beyond oldhammer for me. They are unsettling in the most awesome of ways.
I’ve bought some of the Martian range from fighting 15, reliable bunch, like what they offer 👍
Minifigs started their 15mm range in 1973, though the original ones were probably around the same size as the Epic 13.5mm this days. Their revised range around 1980 was the first to get described as 18mm, though that was by Phil Barker, not Minifigs themselves.
Yay it’s weekender time folk’s 👍😆👍
If you’re being paid by the word, the multi-award winning Moonstone would leave you quids in.
It’s a pity that they can’t use Peter Cushing, what with him being a wargamer himself.
The Martians could be good painted up in pink colours for brain bug beasties.🤔
that big devil is looking devilishy handsome
So you have Arial, Gollum, Casper, the unfriendly ghosts in MAW MOONSTONE then.
Love the look of mantic’s demonic army figures for gaming with.
Fab interesting show guy’s.
I find the Gollum-mermaid very disturbing.
you’d be a pervert if you didn’t 😉
Great show. Justin you had me crying with laughter with your Border guard comment caught me off guard that’s for sure.
Totally agree with @avernos Budapest is the best campaign book so far for Bolt Action, it has certainly been the most popular at our club.
Well that’s another string Gerry can add to his bow – now a serious hate figure for baby camel lovers everywhere.
Nomnomnom
The weekend starts here!
Good evening and great prize.
Happy Weekend
Watched this this Morning before the Sunday show and my Justin you will be getting a visit from the Labour police for that remark..lol
OTT now means “On The Trains” or “Only Train Talk”?
“On Track Temporarily”
Morag looks like she’s enjoying life #mawm
why would she not be
Love me some Moonstone news/releases. I so need to paint mine up 🙁 … from two kickstarters ago. SO much backlog. Love the Indie’s of the week, if I may make a suggestion to check out Spellcrow .. and their magnificant ‘Argatoria’ 10mm game. Always new releases, and the game system seems top knotch.
My Weekend started late this week!
