We have an awesome episode of The Weekender from the US Studio! We're talking Blood & Plunder with Firelock Games later but we've also got lots more for you to delve into as well...

With that in mind let's get stuck in, looking through what's popped up in the news and more.

Of course, last weekend featured the US team, Sam, Justin and Gaz from Paranoid Miniatures going around Gen Con and they were able to dig out loads of awesome prizes from the companies there.

Make sure to check out the various Live Blog entries over on the Events Section of the website where you can comment to win some nice goodies.

We also have some great topics to discuss in the news today...

  • Adeptus Titanicus - This massive game of Titans from the Horus Heresy lands this weekend
  • Digital Gloomhaven - Watch out for this new digital take on Gloomhaven from Flaming Fowl Studio
  • Wookie Warriors - Chewbacca, Wookie Warriors, and a set of Clone Wars-era models are coming your way!
  • PlastCraft's Post-Apocalypse - Check out some more of their awesome ColorED terrain
  • FFG's KeyForge - We discuss this new and rather unique card game coming out from Fantasy Flight Games and Richard Garfield
  • Mythic Games' Reichbusters - A proper Nazi-stomping adventure board game is coming soon from Mythic Games!

...what caught your eye from the news this week?

Firelock Games Talk Blood & Plunder

Justin got a chance to sit down with Firelock Games and talk about what their plans are for Blood & Plunder right now. Things have been going from strength to strength with them AND we recently had them in the studio to play more games with us.

What are you looking out for from Firelock Games and Blood & Plunder?

We take a look at two epic Kickstarters...

  • Caverns Deep - Some more amazing Dwarven Forge terrain has been taking over Kickstarter
  • Limbo: Eternal War - Fight as either Demons or Humans in a never-ending war for our existence

Are you going to be backing either of these projects?

With that we say goodbye for today and hopefully will see some of you Backstagers tomorrow!

Have a great weekend!
