Great way to have your game through testing and also to spread the enjoyment of your own game to the wider community.

Great way for designers to get free feedback.

Always be courteous but do give feedback, they play the game a million times they can take what you have to say.

Justin – respect – you are really the interviewing pro-reporter these days.
Compared to those early “product promotional” days Beasts of War was
based steht Wayland Games, this interview was excellent work – you
summarised what playtest.co.uk and Hobby game design is all about,
so effortlessly. That guy Mel (perhaps a little startstruck?) should buy
you a Guinness for helping him and his organisation.

That was a great demo, I love it when a demo shows off both sides and spotlights the rules but is still clearly fun and enjoyed by the players.

Nice way to get instant feedback from gamers outside of your testing circle.

Here we are on day two. I’m still taking a stab at trying to win so forgive this shameless post as I’m going after either the 4Ground stuff or the Bushido stuff. I play Bushido here in the states. I teach it to whoever will listen, and I just try and represent it as it is. The best miniature game I’ve played.

Getting in my game ready for next year after seeing how busy the playtest zone was this year.

Nice that UK Games Expo gives them the space for free playtesting with real gamers. What a great idea.

Some pretty innovative things in these reports and this is one of them. Great way to get people to play your game to get feedback.

I think this is a fantastic idea and to have the UKGE provide the space for free and support the grass roots of board gaming is wonderful 🙂
