Carcassonne is one of my favourite board games of all time and it’s nice to see how many different varieties there are for you to get stuck into.
One of the newest ones from Hans Im Gluck is Carcassonne: Safari where you will be doing the typical tile-laying that you’d expect from the game but with a twist as you try and spot as many animals as possible and enjoy an adventure in the bush!
After playing Kingdomino recently, I am now tempted to try Carcassonne. There seem to be dozens of similar looking Expansions – any specific recommendations @brennon ?
I would get Gold Rush or just the basic original game but Gold Rush is my go to version as it’s a little heavier on mechanics
beats going on a real one (great views but hot, dusty and too far away)
