@mage BvS is such a weird film. But then the whole DCCU has been bizarre, like Warners saw what Marvel were doing but thought they didn’t need to put in the work that the competition had because (unlike all the other studios who have tried the same inter-connected cinematic universes, and failed) they had access to the most recognisable superheros on the planet. Unfortunately they opted to entrust Zack Snyder as the overall mastermind, a man who demonstrated with Man of Steel that he really doesn’t understand Superman. It’s a shame as Henry Cavill and Amy Adams were a compelling pair as Clark & Lois, when they were allowed to play those characters, Ben Affleck’s older, beaten down Bruce Wayne was an interesting take, and Gal Gadot & Jason Mamoa are just perfect (as evidenced by their respective solo films). It has been reassuring that Wonder Woman, Aquaman and Shazam have shown what a lack of cynicism can do.
Cutthroat is a really nice figure. I picked up the whole team of Terrorcons and they look aces. their gestalt of Abominus is arguably the best looking Combiner of the modern range. Although I think that crown might be taken soon as Hasbro revealed a repaint/remold of Hun-Grrr as Seacon leader Snaptrap under their Generations Selects banner, so odds are good the rest of his team will be on their way as well, which means a full spread of updated G1 Combiners 😀
@warzan so the Lizard Legions have their own Kong to call on judging from the shining pate rising in the background then?
