The Vikings have been a fixture at the UK Games Expo for several years, but this year we are bigger and better than ever! Ardenweard are a group based in North Warwickshire, part of The Vikings society which has been going since 1971.
We made sure and take the time to catch one of their demonstrations and we were not disappointed.

10am Open to the public on the Beach
10.30am Weapons Display and Skirmish in the Arena
12.30pm Hrothgar’s Saga and Kiddie Vike in the Arena
3.30pm Main Battle in the Arena

Here we are on the third and final day. It’s been a long weekend but for anyone who attended apparently a fun one. However, since it is the final day then it’s my last chance to shamelessly post as I’m going after either the 4Ground stuff or the Bushido stuff. I play Bushido here in the states. I teach it to whoever will listen, and I just try and represent it as it is. The best miniature game I’ve ever played.

Great vid guys, liked seeing this mock-battle and all the little details of it, like the double barriers.
Have to admit, I was not sure if Lloyd was jesting about the whole thing at first. But then it appeared he rather enjoyed it! Tis no few lads just plonking away at each other lazily, this was a real brawl with plenty of enthusiasm.
There were moments there when Lloyd stopped being merely irish, and went full Father Ted. Very amusing.
