What did I get?
I wanted to get a kit and build a car up myself, sadly that would have been out of my budget since I didn’t have anything and I have to buy everything I need. Most kits don’t come with any of the electronics, so I was better off buying a ready-to-run car that comes with all the electronics. I went with the FTX Outback Texan after watching some reviews and it fitting in my budget. Now it is a proper RC car build with traditional RC electronics, so it will be fully upgradable. Something I am going to do in the future. I wanted to originally get the green one, unfortunately that wasn’t in stock and I didn’t want to wait for weeks or months for it to arrive so I got the grey one, a problem that I will solve later.
