About the Project

Since I started playing In Her Majesty‘s Name 4 years ago I wanted to do a werewolf pack. Finally now I found some minis I can use for this purpose. The project will consist of 3 main parts. The full wolf form models, the hybrid form and the human forms. The hybrids will be sculpted using some naked human minis from hasslefree so this will be the hardest part.

This Project is On Hold

So I finally got my Hasslefree package with the base minis to work on my hybrid werewolf forms.

The goal is to model them similar to the infinity wulvers. I started on the trousers beards and hair of the males an then first fur parts on the arms.

The next step will be modeling on shirts for the female and one of the males.

With the full wolf forms finished I started working on the first few human forms.

These look like ordinary gentlemen but since they shall be able to conceal in the crowd this is intended.

These fellas paint up much quicker then the wolves so I hope that I can continue with the rest of the humans at the weekend.

I finished the 3 full wolf form miniatures today. I think I will never use more than 3 of these minis per game since there are a few cool things which get lost during the final transformation (the ability to carry a gun for instance).

Since I wanted my pack leader to be a female I made some minor adjustments on one of the wolves. Without adding boobs I just added some green stuff to reshape the hips in a more female matter.

Part 2: full moon

Painting those wolves was a bit difficult. After a really unpleasant start I reworked the two multicolored wolves using wet blending.

The results were far better then my first try. For the humans and hybrids I will use the colours of these wolves on three of them to match their transformations.

Now I‘m working on the human forms which will be seven models of ordinary werewolves with different weapon loadouts. The pack leader is the only one without a human form mini since the background quotes that these accursed ones lost the ability to regain human form over the centuries.

I started basing all the minis I already got for the project. The hybrids will took some more time so these will be the contend of a later post.

The minis I used are from Atlantis miniatures (full wolf), westwind (humans) and hasslefree (hybrids). Most werewolf miniatures out there just do not fit my taste and hybrid forms are really rare. The first Idea was to use GW fenrisian wolves (or how these things are called) as full wolf form but then I stumbled across the Atlantis ones.

The humans will be ordinary gentlemen since the could be hide in the crown in game.

The gentleman club box from empire of the dead supplied a great mix of minis with different weapons

Part 1: unleash the beasts

Paint wise the wolves are the hardest part so I start with these 3 minis. I want to get a bit of unique look for each one so one will be grey, one brown and the last one white (because I‘m lazy)
