Warlord Games have previewed the rather big and burly looking Heavy Frag Borer for the Boromite forces of Beyond the Gates of Antares. See what you think of this re-purposed piece of mining tech...
The Frag Borer is a close range piece of kit that was originally a piece of mining equipment used by the Boromites. As long as it stays on target the power of the beam intensifies and you'll be burning through things in no time at all.
I'm a big fan of the piece of machinery but I'm not entirely sure still on the Boromites. I think it's because I prefer the other races in Beyond the Gates of Antares right now but I'm sure we're going to see some cool stuff in the near future.

Love the stuff. The machinery is different than you would expect bearing in mind that all that shoots, drills etc. needs something resembling a cannon. It is a small but nice detail. Also the Boromites look quite cool.
I like them, too. For sure a diiferent look then what you are used to.
really looking fwd that game.I already got the 2 avail minis on their store. so far, they have done some really great sculpts.
I hope they ll have a skirmish scale (less than 10 characters)
