As you'll have noticed, we've been getting into the spirit of World Recruit A Gamer Month here on OnTableTop.com and we've (or should we say the community!) lovingly changed its name to the ever-so-awesome Snag A Normie Month.

The whole idea is that throughout this month we're looking to get people who have never touched a tabletop game to become engaged with our brilliant hobby so that they can enjoy it themselves.

What Can You Do?

Well, it's very simple. All you have to do is find friends, family members or maybe even people in your local area who you think might want to give our tabletop world a try and get them involved. This might be through participating in club events or just inviting them round for dinner...and then springing a game on them!

This can be something as simple as a quick card game or something as in-depth as taking them deep into Twilight Imperium (ok, maybe not that just yet)!

You could also switch it up and get them playing their first games of Warhammer 40,000, SAGA, Bolt Action or indeed any other wargame out there. Perhaps your chosen Normie is someone who likes their crafts? Well, sit them down and take them through painting miniatures and building terrain.

There are plenty of people out there who love being creative and our hobby offers up many different avenues for them to explore.

Show Off Your Work

If you've been getting involved in something like this already, inspired by our chat on The Weekender or just because you're a very nice person, then you could always show off some of the work you've been doing like @bloodbeard has been doing with his Blog HERE.
