Victoria Miniatures Promote Captain Caine!

Victoria Miniatures, a sculpting company focused on components and 30mm scale models has released a new miniature and some new bitz too! Check out Captain Caine below...
Loving the adventuring stance of Captain Caine. It's like Sharpe in a futuristic setting with that laser pistol in his hands. I want him for a Role-Playing miniature. Also as you can see the heads and legs are not bad at all either. Great for swapping out with Imperial Guard troops or historical miniatures.
What do you think of Captain Caine?
Captain Caine has rather nice sculpt. That helmet in base is nice touch

They sell torsos. The Legs and Heads however were the newest releases.

It’s clearly meant to be Lt Bromhead from Zulu, the uniform and name CAINE, kind of give it away!
Come now BOW, do you always have to get your historical info wrong?
It might be meant to be Lt Bromhead but I like Sharpe a lot better and he was ultimately more badass than anyone from Zulu 😉
So that’s what I am viewing him as 😀

The amount of people buying Zulu War era troops for Praetorian IG I’m not surprised someone gave Bromhead a laspistol – certainly saves time converting. 😉 The heads will make great officers for IG as well with that winged skull on the caps. I don’t really see the point of the legs though – they look far too similar to Cadian legs already available in plastic from bits sites right down to the poses so I don’t know how much use can be gained from them compared to something polycement will work on.
