Just looks like a cartoony Necromunda heavy imho
It’s always tricky on the net to tell how big things are. That style of base looks just the same in its various sized incarnations. On blue, size is anyone’s guess.
I can see some uses for him. As a bone’ead or some fantasy themed sci-fi RPG.
good Shadowrun figure , Troll with Vindicator Mini gun , as every good cyberered up Troll should be (yes I know its an Ogre , but cut me some slack)
