The paint job looks good. Just wish the right arm was normal not that fat Hellboy thing.
You know not to be a downer or anything but ya gotta wonder . . .Do these sculptors not know what a real woman looks like? Last time I saw that much skin I was watchin Playboy channel. Just sayin . .
Got to remember a combo of gamer, nurd and designer/sculptor locked in a studio trying to hit deadlines is not a good one where actual experience of the female form is concerned. Women only exist, therefore, in the sculptor’s tired and caffeine befuddled memory and influenced by anime/video game graphics, which itself suffers from the same problem. It becomes a viscious feedback loop of adolescent fantasy. To be fair I thought this figure was a deliberate anime style. Yes it 100% anime style, and thats not bad. It looks like most anime looks like, big boobs, long legs and a sword heavier than her. Looks nice if thats what your looking for.

@katman and @chibi – I was so relieved when I scrolled down and read your comments! I looked at the sculpt and thought almost the same thing (well, what I actually thought was probably more along the lines of ‘dear god! They’re making minis to appeal to the lowest teenage male denominator’). You phrased it better than I could though with a nice sprinkling of humour – thank you, I thought I was turning into a prude 😀
I’m feeling bad now.. I’ve got to admit, my first reaction was ‘nice sword’.. didn’t even register the lack of clothes 🙂
