Victoria Miniatures have a new set of sci-fi heads suitable for your 28mm human troops for when they need to keep an eye on the scum of the universe. These are the Custodian Heads.
These heads look really sinister, putting me in mind of the steampunk zombie Germans from the film Sucker Punch, or even the space Nazis from Iron Sky. The rebreather masks take away all individuality and leave the faces here rather intimidating. Perfect for a Commisar leading a penal legion, or even just a whole unit of the Imperial Guard Steel Legion.
