Terraforming Mars is a vastly evolving game which has managed to delight a lot of people who love science AND board games, bringing to life a wonderful interpretation of what life on Mars might look like.
Of course, they have also then gone beyond the bounds of the Red Planet and shown off what it will be like when we venture to others worlds too, and that’s what these expansions are all about.
Oh! I have TM and I Need to buy this expansion! or win… 😀

I bought Pocket Mars Card Game at the Berlin games convention last year, so perhaps I will one day move up to full scale Terraforming Mars board game.

I really finally need to get a copy of Terraforming Mars.
We bought the base game this year and have really enjoyed it. We have all bee looking forward to the expansions and they sound like they both add to gameplay and address the issue with low progress in the early game rounds so full marks to the designers there.
One of the most vaunted games of recent year. Yet to play so if I won this I would have to buy the original too!
I played this at BonesCon in February and its been on our wish list since.
Really looking forward to adding Preludes to my groups Terraforming Mars games, as we too find that the game takes just that little bit too long to complete.
I am hopeful that Colonies will also help reduce the play time, by enabling the more expensive projects, with the increase in resources it appears they can provide.
In general: I’m just excited for more super thematic expansions.
Terraforming Mars is just such a great game…love the Venusian expansion…and look forward to another expansion.
Now if they’d just look for that weird machine they show in Total Recall they could get the terraforming done much faster,
Terraforming Mars (and now Venus) are intriguing to me. I haven’t had a chance to jump into them, but I keep remembering the Martian potato farm.
Terraforming Mars has been on my “to buy” list for months. Really should do something about that…
