Dwarf Tales have some very nice miniatures and the latest in their range is this Kraakov Squire.
This is quite a nice example, if a little bit ordinary.

Some nice sculpting but some of the poses could be more dynamic.
I agree, the poses are all a bit stiff… Then again, the illustrations which inspired the minis tend to be a bit stiff as well. I like the dwarves’ armors, though…
