Vampire Hunters Bloodlust Gets A Revamped Look

See what I did there with the title? Ah nevermind. Well, you remember Vampire Hunters or more specifically VHunters? Well the name might still be somewhat similar (and still a bit silly) but it seems like the team have gone back to the drawing board with the concept and miniatures to make it look a little more awesome...
The new art direction is much appreciated and the new miniatures for the Russian Team you'll see below are looking bloomin' bloodsucking awesome. I think it was a wise decision to go back to the drawing board and approach this one from a different angle...
Pretty awesome and they remind me of the kind of characters you'd seen in a game like Hunter: The Reckoning but with a bit of a cartoon edge. I think Alexey is clearly the coolest but then again some kind of gatling-gun stake firing machine is just too awesome.
The game sees you playing as a team of Hunters looking to find and destroy Vampires across the game board and it seems like it's also a fully co-operative experience with the game running the Vampires from an A.I Deck. Pretty sweet.
Let's hope their re-imagined game works out well in January next year.

love the bat, may make a good undead or vampire hero / commander?
It would make an incredible Strigoi Ghoul King for Warhammer, or maybe a really impressive Vargoyle to lead a unit of Vargheists.
That Giant Bat looks really good. Those russian vampire hunters are also nice.
Where’s the bear?! Can’t have a “Russian” anything without a bear!
Seriously though, the last guy (Alexey) has any conceivable Russian stereotype put into him. *facepalm*
