Bad Squiddo Games are doing wonderfully well with their Freyja’s Wrath Kickstarter that is marching towards its final week right now. So, let’s take a look at some of the stretch goals they’ve unlocked.
One of the big unlocks was the namesake of the campaign itself, Freyja. She looks awesome and a great model to throw into the mix if you’re looking to use the Gods themselves on the tabletop.
Away from that, she’d make a rather neat Warlord model – maybe styling herself after the Goddess to scare her enemies into submission?
Some lovely vignette pieces have also been sculpted up which show off individual moments away from the battle.
Time For Beer looks like it should be in everyone’s collection I reckon. I think you could create a rather awesome diorama with the bodies of her enemies lain around her as she chugs back a mead on the battlefield. A proper valkyrie!
There’s also My Heroine, which has this Hearthguard rescuing one of her kin from the battlefield. This could be good as an objective marker perhaps, having to protect her as she tried to get her friend off the tabletop.
Sticking with the realm of Fantasy there is also this swarm of Faries!
Once again, a nice diorama piece or useful for something objective based on the tabletop. Maybe you could have the local Seer trying to convince you to root out and scare off a horde of fairies which have been terrorising the locals. This then leads to them upsetting something else entirely!
What do you think of their stretch goals?
