C-3PO & R2-D2 Arrive For Fantasy Flight’s Imperial Assault

More of the fan favorites have arrived for Imperial Assault from Fantasy Flight Games. This time, we get our favorite droids in the R2-D2 & C-3PO Ally Pack.

In addition to the loyal droids, players will find Deployment cards to play R2-D2 and C-3PO in your campaigns and skirmishes, as well as a new campaign side mission and two new skirmish missions that share the same map. What’s more, you also receive five new Command cards to maximize your Droids’ potential in any skirmish game!
C-3PO offers the ability to access information for your forces as well the power to distract the enemy, making potential attacks less dangerous.
R2-D2, considerably more feisty than C-3PO, receives a constant bonus of two additional accuracy and one free surge for every attack, and he can spend a surge to pierce enemy armor, Stun an enemy figure, or inflict the new Weakened condition to reduce your opponent’s surges and evades.
You can also find a huge benefit to his mechanical skills for healing himself, other nearby droids and ships.
