Roll Your Dice With The Flip Of A Card With The Deck Dice Kickstarter

While trolling Kickstarter, I stumbled on a really interesting project- Deck Dice, by d20 Entertainment. This is a surprisingly interesting idea of combining playing cards with the rollability of d20 dice. Each card has your usual card value on it as well as random rolls of the different sided dice required for many tabletop games!
Whether you need to roll for damage in your miniature or RPG games or you want to play poker with your mates, these cards can have you covered! These can really be good for multitasking since you could use the deck as your fate hand for a game like Malifaux and also have your dice (cards) ready for Dungeons & Dragons.
In fact, that's the really the only criticism that I can make on this idea- they could really take this idea to the next level with doing something interesting with the art on the cards- maybe something different for Sci-fi, Fantasy, Steampunk and Historical?

Really like the cards as dice idea!
There is something about the visceral quality of rolling dice
I don’t think cards would (Warning! Pun Alert) cut it for me. 😛

I can’t say I am sold on the idea, might work fine for the 1st roll but after that how do you do it shuffle the cards ? Or play havoc with the proberbility? And if you need a different dice ?
