Scibor Monstrous’ Upcoming Town Guard Keep The Streets Clean

Scibor Monstrous are going to be coming to Kickstarter with a new project focused on bringing a range of Town Guard to life for your 28mm Fantasy wargames. The early previews are already looking good!

The idea is that the miniatures will be produced as a set of resin figures for you to pop around the city streets, watching over the populace. You've got a lot of fellows here looking particularly rag-tag and with a mixture of well-worn armour for good measure. There might even be enough for you to turn into a regiment for some of your rank and flank games.

Here (above) you can see the Town Guard with their shields attached. I like to think that the shields were probably meant to be mostly ceremonial but over time they have seen a lot of action. They certainly carry a fair bit of battle damage now.
As well as the Town Guard above, Scibor has also said there will be a few surprises in the mix alongside an optional unit of archers who can hang out on the walls. This seems like a great set to pop up considering Guards Of Traitor's Toll is on the horizon!

These guys look fantastic. I have a couple of Scibor’s dwarves, and his sculpting is INSANE; the level of detail rivals anything done on a computer.
