Ike’s shirt is Vallejo Pastel Blue washed in Army Painter Blue Tone.  The neckerchief is Army Painter Dark Blue and then drybrushed with GW Chronus Blue. The pants are Army Painter Fur Brown washed with Seraphim Sepia. The sash is Army Painter Pure Red also washed with Seraphim Sepia.
