Mantic have really gone to town on this guy... I love the multi-barrelled pistols and the armour... great stuff guys!

Perry Miniatures Preview Their Upcoming Bavarian Jagers
The sculpt really does capture the spirit of the original concept. Something GW in my opinion is struggling with most of the time.
This one is much better than the first one they revealed. As @netdiver said, they really hit the nail on transforming the concept to the sculpts. Brilliant work.
Truly EPIC…..I am sold. I’ve been waiting for good Squat models for over a decade now. I will be buying one of those army’s for sure. Great job Mantic.

Time to paint some more dwarves….. IN SPAAAAAAAAACE!!!
First point I like, It has no match in the 40K world. That was one of my biggest fears, that all we will get is 40K light, but no, you cut your own path. Good for you, you get my respect.
Second point, it is almost spot on with the picture, spooky now that I think about it.
Being it is a hero I take it that this one will have greater detail as most companies in this field do that. Looking forward to the pics of the plastic cast dudes.
Again I think he looks impressive – and I just love those pistols 🙂

Well from seing Kings of War I was worried about the Forge Fathers looking crap, but these are just stunning, really looking foward collecting these guys 🙂
The sculpt looks amazing! So close to the concept art as others above have said. I had high expectation for the forge fathers which dipped after the last “beak” pic was released, but that mini is just awesome!! I WANT!
