Spartan Games Bombard Us with Upcoming Releases

Spartan Games have announced new releases for Firestorm Planetfall, Dystopian Wars and Dystopian Legions, bringing out all manner of goodies for each of these great games.
Planetfall Goodness!
We begin in the far future as the massive Firepower Leviathan Helices appear in Planetfall.
Each of these new helices contains a colossal leviathan mini, towering over even the mighty warmachines of Planetfall. Of them all I would have to say that the Aquan Prime one is my favourite. It has the tripod design of the War of the Worlds walkers, while keeping with the flowing Aquan Prime style.
Bombs Away From Dystopian Wars!
From the far reaches of space we come to the steampunk world of Dystopian Wars as the various factions gain new firepower in the form of these Bombardment Groups.
These Bombardment Groups will help you to deal some serious damage to your opponent's ships. The large bomber planes have the potential to wreak havoc among the enemy formations, so these sets will bring some extra tactical options as they expand the size of your fleet.
Going On Foot - Dystopian Legions!
Staying in the Dystopian world, Spartan also have plenty of goodies going for the Empire of the Blazing Sun and the Federated States of America as their infantry march into Dystopian Legions.
Infantry form the back bone of any fighting force and these new sets will let players of either the Empire or the Federated States field a fair sized army on the table, as well as providing them with plenty of other equipment options. And honestly, who doesn't want a robotic crocodile?

So not onlt to I have Federated states and Aquan Prime stuff to buy, but now I have to start buying Sorylian Collective. Pretty sneaky spartan, pretty sneaky

Already got the starters for armada, Planetfall and dystopian wars, plus a sorylian fleet for armada. Haven’t played much, but thanks to Dropzone commander recently getting me hooked on this scale, I might have to look at getting sorylian for Planetfal, their leviathan is jurassic awesome 😀
Spartan games sure knows how to make their universes come alive using different systems to represent big and small conflicts .. these minis really are unique looking pieces. Dystopian legions is looking very interesting i must say.
I am going to be hurting when Firestorm: Spec Ops comes out, 28mm Firestom models……. The Joy and the Pain ;p

I’m not sure if they are renders or shots of actual minis but those look amazing, I particularly like their infantry models, very characterful.
I’m impressed they can support all these systems, and it all looks good too!
So let me see 2 or 3 heavy bombers – and in the long run an EotBS army for Legions as an op-force for my FSA
I happen to notice the Legions boxes are all models with exception to a new hero where models released before. The only difference is the packaging. This is good don’t get me wrong. Befor it was hard to know what you needed beyond the starter sets because everything was sold separate. Now that its in group bundles like this it makes it much easier to fill out your ranks.
I hope BoW will be doing a Planetfall presentation once more models become available. My only gripe with Spartan is that they have too many great wargames to choose from.
That I will agree with. Just hope they don’t spread themselves too thin with such a large number of games under the belt.
