A new range of Shadespire Compatible Products has been dropped into the mix by Bandua Wargames. We're going to start with some of their terrain which is Ready For Battle, meaning it needs no painting, just assembly!

Shade City Ruins #2 A - Bandua Wargames

The Shade City Ruins that you can see here come with finished walls and also stained glass windows which make the terrain pop that little bit more I think. They are based so that you simply drop them down onto hexes on the board which can't be entered normally and provides you with a more evocative board.

We've seen a few companies looking to build these kinds of structures and I think that they all make the game look a lot more interesting. I like the clear bases provided with these terrain pieces as it takes away from you having to work on basing and just uses the standard look of the board to bind things together.

Shady Organisers

As well as the terrain the team at Bandua have continued to work on their Organisers which make playing the game that little bit easier. They have now designed them to work with all of the newest warbands including Order...

...and Chaos. Each of them features designs that work alongside the factions and give you spaces to fit the characters when they're dead as well as the cards that you'll need when playing the game.

You can see it clearly here with the Vermin Organiser which has space for you to stand up all of your cards as well.

Last but not least we have the Organiser for the Slayers as well, capping off all of the most recent warband releases for Shadespire.

I really need to play this game a little more. I've only got the Starter Set and even with that, I've only worked with the standard decks and not done any deck-building. I think I'll have to crack it out and give it another go.

What do you think of the new releases?
