Oakbound Studio has been showcasing the new miniatures that are going to be released at the likes of Salute this year. As well as getting a peek at what's popping up there, there is also a look ahead to the rest of the year and more of the 28mm Fantasy miniatures you'll be able to scoop up.

Some of the new miniatures are for the Huldra. An advanced selection will be available at Salute with the full range then becoming available later in the year over on the Oakbound Studio webstore. If you like your mighty ice barbarians then you might like the look of the Cempestre here and more of the Huldra.

These miniatures slot into Oakbound's awesome wargame, The Woods, which you can find out more about here. We looked at Oakbound a long time ago as part of an Indie Of The Week and maybe the time has come to revisit what they're doing!

Huldra Herdswomen // Oakbound Studio

I am really liking the Dark Age/Viking vibe to these Huldra and the slightly strange and uncanny edge that their faction gives off. If these miniatures have intrigued you then you can see more of the previews for the Huldra over on the Oakbound Facebook Page.

New Releases For 2024 // Oakbound Studio

There are some real gems on the way. Obviously, go and watch the video for more information but here are just a few of the miniatures that caught my eye.

These miniatures are wonderful in their own right and have a fantastic Oldhammer vibe to them. Those Wolf Riders are superb and I can see those already working their way into a lot of people's collections. If you like that vibe, there are also these Dwarves and Goblins popping up!

Brilliant Oldhammery goodness with plenty of retro charm. If you've not explored Oakbound Studio's collection and The Woods, I would certainly recommend heading over to their webstore and seeing what the range has to offer. There are some fantastic, quirky miniatures available.
