Charlie Foxtrot Models have released a new piece of terrain for you to use in your 28mm Historical wargames. The New World Station looks like it would be great for those seeking to build tabletops for American Civil War and Wild West wargames.

This MDF kit is around 166mm in height and has a width of 196mm. It has a depth from back to front of 94mm. This might be handy when you're looking to plan this into your larger table of terrain. There are plenty of details etched into the panels here and I like the added attention to detail with the windows.

It looks splendid when painted up and yes, the roof does come off so that you can put miniatures inside. The finished terrain piece here has also been "glazed" with blister packaging plastic which you'll have to source yourself. It's a little additional element but one that could sell the building that bit more.

New World Station Alt #1 - Charlie Foxtrot Models

As you can see, it fits in very nicely alongside 28mm miniatures. These have come from Wargames Foundry, Perry Miniatures and Dixons so it should mean that it works for a range of different collections out there. If you're interested in the train, and we know Lloyd is, it's a converted Bachmann ON30.

The base that the Station sits on can be found elsewhere on the Charlie Foxtrot Models webstore HERE. Additionally, there is also an online Construction Guide so you can have a peek at the kit and how it breaks down.

I think this is a splendid bit of kit and with folks having a penchant for Wild West wargaming at the moment, this might end up getting picked up.

Will you be taking a closer look at this?
