Chain Of Command Gets New Far East 1941-45 Handbook
This game is really fantastic
I would love to see industrial terrain, power plants, old airports, space ports, even harbours and canals appearing in these setups. Think of Stalingrad, Monte Cassino and other hard fought siege type clashes.
The more I see of this game the better it gets.
Nice short video. Though it’s kind of funny that a sci-fi wargame is being fought in a city with 1930’s New York style brick and stone buildings when most new construction nowadays seems to be using glass exterior walls.

How did I know “retro” was going to be the answer 🙂 It’s also apparent urban planning went back to the ’60’s with all that open space downtown. Probably expecting a lot of hippie gatherings….

Your table looked really good with the addition of foliage and ‘raised’ areas. My biggest aesthetic gripe with DZC is the relative flatness of the ground areas but the stepped centre really made a difference.
How was that achieved? Is it just a polystyrene tile with the card map glued on top?
