New Starter Set Coming To Para Bellum Games’ Conquest

Building on the few previews that we saw last week for what's next in Para Bellum Games' Conquest, there was also the teaser of the new Fantasy wargaming Two-Player Starter Set. It features the Nords clashing with The City States and those brand-spanking new miniatures.

The set gives you going with the game and a whole host of miniatures for you to tinker with. You have a bunch of the new miniatures for The City States and then the Nords get themselves a bloomin' great big Jotnar which is going to be fun to see go up against those minotaurs!
As well as the miniatures for the rank and file, you also get two limited edition characters for both sides. I like that they look like they are matched to be set up in a duel. That certainly works nicely for this two-player set where you and a friend might be making this into a full-on grudge match!
You also get two rulebooks for Conquest: The Last Argument Of Kings and you can also use the various elements of this set to play out their skirmish game, First Blood if you prefer.
Watch out for this getting a release later this year!
