Well I discovered a while ago that I probably never been able to finish one 28mm wotr army.
But since I‘m s big fan of that period I searched for an alternate scale and came across the lovely 15mm peter pig miniatures.
The problem now is that I have to raise two armies since I‘m the only one really interested in that period. For the start I decidet to buy the starter which gives me 9 regiments and 3 generals (plus tokens and the bloody barons rules). The plan is to paint this all up an then add another 3 basic regiments and then a unit of pikemen, handgunners and mounted men at arms. This will give me two 650 point armys.
Here are the first finished regiments. I paint them up as participants of the battle of Towton.

The new rules are coming February 2020, they’ve confirmed it’s the same size units and forces.

Makes me want to check into this Bloody Barons game now. Is it reasonably priced?

Possibly worth waiting until the new one comes out next year though.
On that page there’s a link to a PDF of a playtest of the new edition.

October 21, 2019 at 9:45 am #1449189Thank you guys.
The peter pig WotR starter is finished now. I just need a standard for Somerset and then I start painting some burgundian pikemen and handgunners and lancastrian cavalry.
